Does anyone have any really good idea on how we could make BiblePay go viral by adding in some type of referral code or reward system?

You have the faucet code that generates for the wallet. Maybe you can do something similar where you can do a DWS burn but add a one-time wallet code that is funded and pays out as a bonus after 1 year. Maybe there will be tiers of bonus percentage based on how much you burn for a year?

1% for 10k
5% for 100k
10% for 1M

Hi there!

Yes, I am using macOS 10.15.4.

If you have another mac using an older version of the macOS, that might be a good way to test as well. 10.15 introduces a lot of big security changes which is causing application issues from what I'm reading online.

Are you still having the issue?
Can you ping foundation.biblepay.org?

Are you using macOS 10.15 by the way?

Production Proposals / Re: Approve Budget Changes

1) Will PoDC have equal footing with heat mining (RandomX)?

2) How does the DWS change to 0.64 affect current burns, if at all?

3) What is the impact to new DWS burns @ 0.64? Would rate of return be after the mandatory for a 1 year burn?

Rob, Thank you for the impressive set of updates! My apologies for not being more involved. This pandemic has really affected me in a negative way.

Do you know if we can see what the RAC to BBP payout ratio will be with 1.5.1.4? If not, its okay. I just thought it'd be nice to chart out RandomX payments with PoDC payments. (I was thinking either in exec price, or exec rac seeing this information is helpful). I've been looking at Google Data Studio to build dashboard via Google Sheets, but so far I've keeping the Google Sheets charts up to date.

Anyway, with the proposed changes of POOM going to RandomX, I think the PoDC payout for computing power will reach a nice equilibrium. Also, the DWS changes will give stronger incentive to burn BBP as opposed to the sanctuary. So, all in all, I think you've done a great job balancing out all the economic incentives.

Is MINEXMR giving you that message? It doesn't like the BBP miner?

Hey Rob.

Was checking log for dual miner and i get these messages:

And i noticed the  xmr charity adress  also  looks like the hashrate over there  is way to low.
Hmm any ideas?

Hi miners,Biblepay(BBP) miningpool Back online now https://bbp.miningpool.fun/ Happy mining!

Sounds really promising. I can't wrap my head around this exactly, but it sounds like as long as we mine on foundation.biblepay.org pool with off the shelf xmrig, we can mine BBP & XMR. :)

Yeah, I am looking into that as I dont want to be at the mercy of minexmr (as they already emailed me once and threated to ban us).

But in the mean time I have a higher priority change Im trying to put into testnet.  We are going to switch the algo up a little bit to be 100% compatible with xmrig, then we can remove the bbp-rig miner; and the miners can treat us as a regular pool (then the proxy options and all that other stuff will work also).  (But of course we will still have the dual-hash solution).

So once we get that working I will focus on making the server side more compatible with other pools also (or simply being our own complete xmr-bbp pool, I have to look at all that).
