Solo mining problems

i recently became a part of this big family, and i gave a try in solo mining through the official wallet.
Although i edited the config file accordingly
addnode=node.biblepay.org 
gen=1 
genproclimit=1
i cannot seem to be able to connect and mine. i include the getmininginfo screenshot
i would appreciate any help .

solo mining is not very efficient according to Rob and you miss out on the xmr hashing but utilizing the pool instead.

Indeed, only gave it a try to get the hang of it, how to configurate files , monitor cpu performance etc, already moved to the pool like the majority.
