I followed the link you provided and found that the page loads fine. I was able to download the file as well.
If your computer does not allow you to navigate to that, then try the git site. Anyone know the git site for the BBP Wallet?

Edit - I took a look at the site again. There is an issue with the site not being "Completely Secure". Perhaps your security software is stopping you?

Hi guys, where do i find the download of the wallet version 1.5.2.9 for windows?

Hmm, you are the second person that mentioned this (Sun mentioned this too).

Thanks Radar Dude for pointing out that there may be a non https resource on the page, and maybe that stops modern strict browsing (IE maybe the IETF or chrome pushed a patch recently that prevents downloads on an https page that has one insecure http resource on it).

Ill have to look at this and try to reproduce it. 

In the mean time can you please paste your version of chrome?

You can also try downloading it from firefox, or downloading it over http:// from the same page in the mean time.

I Believe this is fixed now.

Its funny because the menu dropdown did not have this bug, but the Wallet page did.
The wallet page redirected the download from HTTPS to HTTP.

Fixed.

Same thing... i had try with Edge, IE and Brave too... in everyone i get the same message.... Even on my Android Phone i see the exactly same message.

I think its possibly something on your end; maybe try incognito mode, or try a different machine just to isolate the problem to that one machine.

Also, try disabling browser plug ins.
