Unable to send out
« on: January 15, 2021, 02:41:02 AM »
Hello,
Me along with another user are both experiencing the same issue with the latest BBP desktop wallet version for windows. 1.5.3.1. We are both unable to send out and the outgoing transaction "Status" in the transaction details shows this every time.

Status: 0/offline, has not been successfully broadcast yet

How do we fix this?

I don't know how it is on windows desktop wallet, I have linux cli, but I would check the blockchain height to be the same as block hight:  https://chainz.cryptoid.info/bbp/

That would mean you are on the same blockchain and you are synced.

On Linux command line I would repair the blockchain with:

./biblepayd -daemon -reindex

or even using -erasechain=1

Anyone else?

I can't send out, except I seem to be connected. My problem is every time I send out to any external wallet, I can never find the transactions. I have checked by address, transaction id, block, everything. The Biblepay Core program shows everything but my external wallets have nothing. I don't know what is wrong.

I would have posted this as a new topic, but I can't even find the button to do that.

Sorry for the delay, I did not have this thread monitored.

Ill be glad to help!

First of all could you please verify if you are on 1.5.2.9?  (By looking in Tools | Info)?  That is our current Prod version.
2) Verify your high hash matches chainz:
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/bbp/
3) Verify you have peers connected?

If all this is true, try restarting with:
./biblepay-qt -zapwallettxes=1

This just clears out any 'orphans' in wallet.dat, as this sometimes could cause your latest tx not to sign.

We can try more after this, thanks!

Yes sir I am on the 1.5.2.9. Someone else mentioned clearing the chain and restarting from scratch. I did that and am waiting for the sync to complete. When it finishes, I will post results.

So it looks like none of the mining transactions came back. I was over 1.2M BBP and it somehow all disappeared. Since this happened, is there a way to reconnect to WCG and start over? The system keeps saying I don't have a cpk even though I clearly do. When I use the    exec associate    command, it says I'm already connected to the blockchain with a RAC number. This is all very confusing.

Coins mined on a fork are non recoverable, unfortunately.  Yeah, we all have been through that before, its dissapointing.  But thats why they are so easy to get.

You just have to ensure you are on the right chain every week or so by comparing yourself to chainz.

What I usually do is just look at the diff each day and as long as its above .25 for example I know my client is synced.  (We used to have a 20,000 diff back in the good ol days but RandomX is so much harder).

Your machine probably had a .00005 diff for example for a long time.

(See getmininginfo, and also the overview page of the qt-wallet we have it listed in HTML on the bottom left under "difficulty" near the prayer).

Currently, difficulty is 0.43 but nothing is happening. Before this, I think it was hovering around 0.15. I'll give it another few days and see how it goes.

It's gone up to 0,58 in the past few minutes. That's good then?

Never mind, dropped to 0.15. I'm confused.

What can I do to raise the difficulty? It's been on a roller coaster, so I'm not sure what is going on. In fact, what should be the normal range to keep it synced? Does this have anything to do with my internet connection? If so, that would explain everything I suppose. But it's the only device currently constantly connected and being utilized 24/7 on a 50Mbps connection. I plan on moving it to a 150Mbps connection soon, so hopefully that helps.

First all you have to do to make sure you are in sync with the network is first get the latest block hash here, for example the hash for 251391:
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/bbp/

To get it from the client, type 'getblockhash 251391'

And just ensure it agrees.  If so, you are mining on the right chain.

As far as the current diff, its also listed on chainz:  See how last block is .20?  The network sets the difficulty (not the user).

The main way to know if you are mining is:
a) If you are PODC mining, you should get a daily payment equal to whats in the leaderboard
b) If you are RX mining, the pool will show you in the leaderboard in the pool

I thought I was PODC mining, but nothing is happening. Maybe it's too slow because my hps is super low. It wasn't before when it was mining on a fork. Still don't know how that happened.

Also, can someone confirm this config is good? I'm not 100% confident I did it right.
