Not enough in the "ENABLED" state, which causes their rank to be low, and then auto-vote during each passing block.

We need to get people to run 'exec testvote' manually right now, so we coerce this particular contract through.

Then we look at auto for tomorrow.

The transaction is not showing on my Sanctuary wallet, I tried restarting the daemon and zapping the wallet.

The 0 is a percent from 0-100, and anything below 10 is chosen, so in your case a zero means you would be auto-voting as each block goes by (actually once, then you would no longer be voting once your vote is registered).

Sorry, transaction ID#0aa3218c417ab80e00a8d362ebfddf63eb3ea160e73445856c3d5ea59d1fa579 is not showing in my wallet.

I see it here, so the network knows about it, its a 50k tx.  I would restart the node with -rescan=1.  That should pull the tx into your wallet.

I thought it was 50,001 to get 100%.

Good catch!  I just changed the default to 50,001 in the core wallet for the next release.

Although when I hard coded the utxoweight=50001 in the biblepay.conf, my utxweight % dropped to 75.

exec stakebalance still shows a larger balance as well

We will need the utxo txid to look into the problem.
