To me it sounds like its your wallet thats out of sync and therefore you dont see any bbp in the wallet.
What desktop wallet are you using?

Im asking because you have the

Code Select Expand

-erasechain=1 command that should fix your out of sync wallet.

If you are using the windows desktop wallet 1.6.2.9 you can navigate to Tools>Wallet repair>Erase chain & synchronize 
or from cmd you can run   : 

Code Select Expand

cd C:\Program Files\Biblepay and then

Code Select Expand

biblepay-qt -erasechain=1 and it should resynchronize your wallet.
