Yeah its weird because I havent seen that happen to any of my 3 installs (it may be a race condition).
Can you tell me exactly what is the label on each of them?  "TRADING-ASSET-DOGE"?  Yeah, they were both mined as DGZZ DOGE asset addresses so they are valid.  Technically the wallet should work fine with two of those.  I will add code very soon to show the address in 'exec getassetbalance' that goes along with the amount.

Hi Rob,

Both addresses have the same label:  "TRADING-ASSET-DOGE"

When I check my asset balance at the console, it reports only one of them though: B98GozkCagidcdFMY2zyKf7k3ioud2DgZz (it seems to hold the wrapped DOGE from my only transaction on the exchange)

Hi Guys!

Sorry, late in the game - hectic these days. I just downloaded 0.22.9 and here is what I have seen so far:

- Exchange showed up fine, populated.
- TRADING-PUBLIC-KEY and TRADING-ASSET-DOGE all there without hassle, cool. For some reason I have 2 addresses labelled TRADING-ASSET-DOGE, don't know if that is normal.
- I transferred some BBP to my TRADING-PUBLIC-KEY
- Checked the board: SELL @ 0.00002939 and BUY @ 0.00002700
- Placed a SELL order for 1000 BBP @ 0.00002900, showed up fine (received warning that min order size is 1000 BBP when tried with lower amount)
- Placed another SELL order for 1000 BBP @ 0.00002700 (where the best BUY was at) : My order just got listed without execution. I understand the book only executes matching orders; so was not surprised to see my order not get executed. Still, kind of awkward to see SELL @ 0.00002700 and BUY @ 0.00002700 on the book
- Placed another SELL order for 14777 BBP @ 0.00002700 (to match a standing BUY order on the book) : executed fine, and the BUY order was deleted from the book.
- Cancelled my non-matching SELL order @ 0.00002700 : deleted from the book, good.
- Attempted to mess the book buy placing a non-matching SELL order @ 0.00002600 under the price of the best BUY order @ 0.00002700 : OMG it is listed

I think we need to be able to prevent that from happening, until exact matching requirement is lifted.

I will keep playing around and let you know if I come across other glitches. But, all in all, it is WONDERFUL to see this capability in the wallet. Thanks a lot Rob !

Hi Rob!

I signed in over at the testnet thread, will try to squeeze some time for testing this great idea.

Bololex never attracted me for some reason, now I know why. So unfortunate, many great coins face the same challenge of exposure. Once mainstream exchanges drop out of the picture, communities fall into the hands of smaller (and in most cases shady) exchanges. DEX is the way to go, both for decentralization and peace of mind.

Before we write the specs on stone, may I suggest discussing if we could make provisions for extra functionality?

1. Would adding other coins (which are also struggling to find a place to be listed) into this mini-DEX possible?
2. Could the model be developed into something where BBP itself is consumed/locked as "gas", commision, or collateral so that demand for our own beloved coin increases?

As always, I want to thank you for the effort and time you are putting into this. One other coin you developed was the reason I started mining crypto, and BBP has been a successful sequel for me. Everyone is entitled to their own views, of course, but for me, creating value for humanity, science and democracy is a top objective of crypto.

No matter what the outcome, keep your chin up bro. This project has done more good for the needy than many millionaires around the world

Hi Rob,

I will try first with the binaries before another compile attempt, but the problem is I cannot find them anywhere (biblepayd, biblepay-cli). The wallet download on biblepay.org does not contain them (it only downloads that file with BMSD extension), and the github release page also does not list the executables among assets.

Hi Rob!

Been a while, hope you are doing fine. I just checked out the new release. I really liked the Phone System idea, that may be the ice breaker into the realm of use cases. Thanks a lot for your efforts!

I wanted to set up a sanctuary, but failed compiling the daemon on Ubuntu 20.04 with the instructions provided at https://github.com/biblepay/biblepay/blob/master/BuildBiblePay.txt

Then I attempted to download the Lin64 bins from the website, but what I ended up with is a file called BiblePay.BMSD - never seen such an extension. Do you have any suggestions?

Test Case #4:

- Sent 100000 tBBP to retirement account (TXID=aeb626bf1142017c64328adc6006d04cd526272f891c7850aa7e75760b898362)
- UTXO showed up on unchained, and went into the leaderboard upon clicking "submit".
- Sent another 50000 tBBP to retirement account (TXID=043edc1800ef18f30dd28c7e0d5bfebfe6d5ab7a8ed209c2f011f41c49d77a53)
- UTXO showed up on unchained, details tab showed a single entry (150000 tBBP).
- Sent another 25000 tBBP to retirement account (TXID=8f259450b9f2bb952c44e50d7edd43d0418671d9e50b0924a8c07516949aab14)
- UTXO showed up on unchained, details tab showed a single entry (175000 tBBP).
- Waited for more than 24 hours, no deposit in the core wallet.
- My unchained balance increased in the meantime by about 5000 tBBP, but I am not sure if that was due to the tips. PB Leaderboard on unchained estimates earnings of 28153.77 tBBP, pretty sure that is not equal to the balance increase.

Is there a way to see transactions on the unchained? (i.e., who tipped how much, or what staking reward was received)

Curious thing: testnet wallet receiving address is not listed when you click file>receiving addresses. Are we going to have to create addresses through the console?
