Title: Jan 2019 IT Expenses and Payroll

I worked approx 120 hours in October for BiblePay on Core maintenance, Core new development, core support, and Pool support (as related to Orphan support and SQL administration).

$120 * $40hr = $4800 = 11.7MM BBP;  Capping at 3 Mil to allow other parts of the IT budget to be paid.
