Is Portfolio Builder for BBP currently supported (Dec 2022)?

Hi, is Portfolio Builder supported for new nicknames? Could not locate the instructions on how to do this for BBP only. I read there's a new release in Q1 of 2023, but perhaps only current users are grandfathered in? Any clarification appreciated.
