A few things I did notice while compiling this.

In gobject list, it retains all proposal, even funded ones.  This will get cumbersome as time goes on.  Is there a way to only show the current proposals.  As a secondary note, it retains non-funded proposals too (ones that have failed so to speak), so in theory, these could be re-voted on and passed later.  Is this correct?  Should it be this way?
