Bible Pay

Hi all,

I see in the pool that Proof-of-BibleHash block mining still gets full block rewards - when will we cut to the new 10% for proof-of-loyalty/proof-of-work?
Or I have misundestood this?

Best regards,
Simon

Hi Simon, still a few days until we switch over to PoDC. Block 33620 I think

EDIT: Block where PoDC starts is 33,440.
(33,620 is first superblock payment block)

After waking up, I've looked up to my wallet (1101) give me that I have task 100 but UTXO 0.
So I've tried podcupdate and again it was false :( (insufficient balance)
Wallet unlocked and BBP on correct (same) addres associated with CPID.
Is it counting "age" of coins from 0 since "new" chain?

Is your stakebalance still '0'? ('exec stakebalance')?

Also, has anyone received any new Android tasks in Boinc? Not me...

Code: [Select]
rah_make_work_android bwsrv1 Actief
rah_assimilator_android (rosetta_android) bwsrv1 Actief
rah_validator_android (rosetta_android) bwsrv1 Actief

Their Android related servers seem online, but I don't know if they are generating new tasks...

I updated 1.1.0.1 in Windows (production), unlocked my wallet, and registered my Rosetta user, and I get this

Chain seems to be ok and sync.

Is this correct?

When you registered your Rosetta account, was there a window welcoming you to the cancer research? And was there an outgoing transaction of (I think) about 1 BBP?

I have been upgraded for 6 hours or so.

So far:

Code: [Select]
  "Command": "stakebalance",
  "StakeBalance": 0

(I have a decent balance in my wallet, same address as CPID)

exec getboincinfo:
Code: [Select]
"Command": "getboincinfo",
  "CPID": "8f273b30f8e0a298ed26e242762df701",
  "Address": "BLLmyTDgsCtD2gC4dxpSXnFHnpVVewkEiq",

  "CPID-Age (hours)": 422313,
  "NextSuperblockHeight": 33620,
  "NextSuperblockBudget": 760165,
  "8f273b30f8e0a298ed26e242762df701_ADDRESS": "BLLmyTDgsCtD2gC4dxpSXnFHnpVVewkEiq",
  "8f273b30f8e0a298ed26e242762df701_RAC": 31221.99,
  "8f273b30f8e0a298ed26e242762df701_TEAM": 15044,
  "8f273b30f8e0a298ed26e242762df701_TaskWeight": 0,
  "8f273b30f8e0a298ed26e242762df701_UTXOWeight": 0,
  "Total_RAC": 31221.99,
  "Total Payments (One Day)": 0,

  "Total Budget (One Day)": 0,
  "Total Budget (One Week)": 0,
  "Superblock Count (One Week)": 0,

  "Last Superblock Height": 0,
  "Last Superblock Budget": 0,
  "Last Superblock Payment": -1,
  "Magnitude (One-Day)": 0,
  "Magnitude (One-Week)": 0

So no taskweight or UTXO.

Maybe I just need to wait longer

Just an observation, not sure if relevant.
I have two receiving addresses in my PoDC wallet, A1, A2.

When I linked with Rosetta I only had one address, my CPID was linked with A1.
A1 contains my stake.

Somehow I managed by accident to create a new address, A2.

When I type

Code: [Select]
getaccountaddress ""
I get address A2 (the new default).

Rob, is this an issue or am I overthinking? Possibly the reason why my "stakebalance" is still 0?

Thanks
Luke

Yes to both questions.

EDIT: I see we are not mining blocks so this might be the cause, as long as the 1BBP transaction is not confirmed.

This is what I'm getting

get boincinfo
Method not found (code -32601)

Still unconfirmed burn transaction of 1 bbp

The correct command is 'exec getboincinfo'.

Btw all, in PODC, you have to have a CPID in order to heat mine.  When the miner reports the error "unable to sign", our current network allows the mining to occur anyway - and accepts the mined block up to the cutover block (33440) and ignores the error.  After 33441, there must be a signed cpid in every block (or the block is rejected).

Except under this condition: If the block takes longer than 16 minutes to solve, we do allow any solution with a valid low hash (IE unsigned by a cpid).

So if you are receiving the Unable to sign error in the miner, that means after 33441, your miner would have a hard time actually "mining" since it has no CPID associated with it.

Btw, the next version has a much more precise error in it (1102b) - Im compiling it now.  It will show the reason it cant sign.

Orbis, if you are using linux please get the latest and see if that gives you a more precise reason you have utxo weight = 0.  Also, 'exec stakebalance' should actually show your true balance now, here is the new formula:  Unlocked Coins with over 5 confirmations.  Then it uses that * PolPercentage to create the Podcupdate.  So podcupdate will fail if it was done within 6 past recent blocks (unless you have a high balance).

Good morning Luke,
If you are on 1102b, what happens when you 'exec podcupdate', does it end in true?

I see your tasks in my sanc buffer, but I dont see your UTXO weight.

I still don't see my CPID. My prod client says we are in 33235. Am I in the right chain? Do I have to upgrade/clean files? Thank you
