So, the test scenario was successful.
I was able to do all steps.

I've tried to change my pic.
On menu panel it's changed, but it didn't changed on prayer.

BTW site is now working good on both phone and PC.
Thanks.

Thats great my friend.

EDIT:  Yes, I see the problem, fixed.

Now it should reflect the new avatar when people change avatars.

For yours though you have to log in again (to the foundation), then it should change.

I could compile our xmrig for for MacOS, please find it here

http://www.biblepay.org/xmrig_mac.zip

However it comes unsigned, so at the moment whoever wants to use it will have to disable gatekeeper to use it.
I could not test it myself yet either.

Thank you MIP, excuse my ignorance on the matters with Mac, as I understand the part about being able to compile it and not digitally sign it (and that the user has to disable gatekeeper).

The part I am hazy on, are you unable to test it because Gatekeeper will make your whole system insecure if you test it, or are you unable to test it because of time due to the coronavirus problems?  Another words, will anyone be able to use this or do we need to find a way to sign it?

We can't sign it with our iphone app key can we?

** Feedback **

So I'm going to spare you all the boring details.  In a nutshell, I created the spork yesterday, tested it, and the test was successful.  However it did fork a few nodes (rightly so) that were running the newest version (IE that particular block was rejected).
But, since we have a few sancs out there who are not upgraded - we kind of have a bad consensus now in testnet.

Anyway since the test was successful, what Id like to do next is create the release for production.  I'm going to notify the exchanges of this intent to upgrade in about 12 days, release it, then I'll be back in testnet.

Since we have one more very minor thing to test in testnet Id like to make one more release here before we relax.  Then when I come back we can continue testing the final part while we wait to go live in prod.

I want to thank everyone who participated in this testing, especially:  EarlZ, and Oncoapop.  Without you two, I don't think we would have been ready to release RandomX in prod on time.
I also thank everyone else who helped:  MIP, Togo, Sun and everyone who helped in the background.

The dual hash miner seems real solid to me. I have been running non stop latest version.  no problems for windows or linux/ubuntu for me.

The 10%  charity fee seem pretty much spot on when i compare hashrate normal xmrig then bbpxmrigdual for 12/24 hours.

So im looking forward mainnet launch so can save up for sanctuary.

Thats awesome man!

Let me try to test this spork now and make some feedback.

Actually looking at the state of the sancs I see half are POSE banned; can everyone please check their sancs and see if you have not upgraded?

My sancs look OK, except, one I forgot to restart - so I revived it with 'exec revivesanc sancname'.
The rest are mostly Oncoapops, I think?

So, just to summarize, we have plenty of time to test the DAC-qt side (but I still would like to see the testing done so we can confirm it works), but it is not holding up our go-live.

I just added our randomx-pools-spork, but I need to let some blocks pass before I can test it.  We should know if this works by the end of the night.

The only outstanding item I know of is the need to test xmrig on the mac.  I suppose that is not a show stopper either, because by the end of the month MIP should be around again to release that - and we can always tell people in prod the mac version will be out soon.

Can anyone think of anything else that we need to wrap up for this randomx release for a March 30th rollout?

I will make a wiki page describing how to heat mine with RandomX.

** Another test case **

Also if you all will please test the Christian Dashboard.

The idea behind this is you can insert people around you, that you are working on to get Saved.
So you can create a contact record (from the dashboard).
Then, make a historical entry each time you perform an action for them.
Then optionally, change the status of that person.

Please try that and see if the history works etc.

This function is private to You - so others actually cant see any of this.

Once you Save a few people, the Salvation tachometer should rise.

Superb.
Now, I was able to login and to fill a Prayer request.
On mobile it's now looking good a it's working nice.

But after removing that "left banner" it's problem with site on PC :)
Menu is now hiding some side part. I think, that this was the reason, why it was there.
I'm able to hide the menu (with close cross) but I'm not able to take it back. Only way is to get back in history to previous side.
It's interresting, that when it works on mobile, it's not working on PC and vice versa :) :(

Ok, now it should work in a way that on widescreens or PCs there is a proper margin, but on phones there is no margin.

I also fixed that issue where if you close the left menu, you can no longer get it back on a PC - now on the PC the right Menu Revive option is visible.

I also commented on your prayer request.

Could you please see if changing your avatar updates the existing images in the blogs?

Thanks for the help!

Yeah, you remind me now I think I put that left margin in when I worked it out on the PC's 2nd monitor.
Then I tested it on my dev machine monitor (which is very wide).

Ill look at that next.

Hi,
Link on forum is working, but it didn't login me on the site even if I'm logged on forum.
E.g. opened link is https://foundation.biblepay.org/Default?u=&un=orbis but it didn't worked.
And when I click on login on Foundation site, it transfer me to Forum, where I'm logged :(

On the other site the foundation site and "new" menu is working a lot better then those drop down menus.
But on mobile phone there is some kind of "frame" on left side of site and it's not using whole display (orange rectangle on attached picture).
This frame is on whole side.

Ok, it has been modified to now allow you to login with a missing avatar, but, I recommend adding one anyway so we can test seeing those from those who comment on the prayers.

Please try logging in now.

I removed the whitespace also from the mobile side, so hopefully now you will see entire content!

Thanks for bringing up these valuable points, now we can start making the site work on the mobiles in the future.

Actually the first rollout, I originally planned on making a Login/logout process for the foundation because I was thinking about having a preachers dashboard.  And a mobile church, etc.
But it is certainly important in todays day & age (to get the entire thing working properly on mobile), so I went with single-sign-on using the forum.biblepay.org's user base.  That it actually a pro for the future though, as I could see us adding some cool features like maybe randomx mining - adding miners from the forum user side etc (if nomp breaks).  One other nice consideration, is we may be able to leverage forum.biblepay.orgs permissions (creating new permission names) for those who perform functions, such as expense liquidation.  It would also be very cool if we could link sanctuary owners to accounts (not for Tracking, but for permissions).  For  example if we want to make a sanctuary only poll, or, a sanctuary based paperwork process (such as uploading pdfs for the charity agent role).

So now having one set of credentials is also good, if we ever want to have a chat room set up inside the forum for example.

I tried it and on mobile phone its really hard to use it. I think it needs some improvement in this area, because todays traffic is made mostly on mobile phones.
On PC its working good, but personally I dont like those drop down menus.
To that login. Won't it be possible to login with forum credentials? I really don't want to create more credentials on one site...
I'm sorry to be not so positive, but I try to think like "normal" user and have it user friendly.

Now we use the forum.biblepay.org login credentials and avatar setting.  Please re-test.

Let's also test the actual functionality from the mobile (in the op post).

So i tested mobile version and did get only text maybe my browser problem.

Then clicked on desktop version and after registering seems mail adress show to the right like you said.

I like the layout , the "tabs" could need some tweaking like put them below main  button ,  bigger fonts and stuff for sub categories. In gonna check how it looks on my desktop later dont think my cellphone shows correct.

Please re-test because the layout has been upgraded, thanks.

Mined this block so far

Generated coins must mature 102 blocks before they can be spent. When you generated this block, it was broadcast to the network to be added to the block chain. If it fails to get into the chain, its state will change to "not accepted" and it won't be spendable. This may occasionally happen if another node generates a block within a few seconds of yours.

Ok, Excellent!  We needed this.

So one other thing we need for mac, can you please compile biblepay-xmrig for mac (our branch of xmrig)?  And then deploy it and let us know the name of it, and test it also?

This would ensure you can pool mine with the mac using mac xmrig :).

The pool : rxtest.biblepay.org has the correct startup info on the easy start page and the op post should be correct also.

EDIT: With the coronavirus kicking up in Europe, I realize you might be hit now, please do not put this ahead of anything that is an emergency at work.  We can always delay our go-live if need be.

Thanks!

** ADDITIONAL TESTING STEP NEEDED **

I was just thinking also, since this is a *major* release (we are increasing ram footprint, switching algos, changing pools, adding randomx etc), we really should also be testing the MAC release.

Can someone please test solo mining and pool mining from a mac, and ensure biblepay-qt and biblepayd works?

I'm thinking we need to start wrapping up our testing within 7 days, so we need to do this quickly.

I also havent received any feedback on testing DAC mode yet (by anyone).

I will be rolling out the spork test tomorrow morning and testing in unit-test mode (that should be 99% reliable) then observing testnet afterwards.
