Archived Proposals / Advertise BiblePay on Crypto Faucet Sites
« on: October 19, 2020, 01:44:28 PM »

Asking 250k BBP this round to advertise the following URLs and any other interesting development of BiblePay. This will create a dual purpose.

1) Help the cryptosphere know what BiblePay is up to
2) Help third-world clickers earn a small income (buy a loaf of bread a day) while they learn about BiblePay

* water well: https://forum.biblepay.org/index.php?topic=566.0
* forum activity reward: https://forum.biblepay.org/index.php?topic=586.0
* and maybe the main biblepay.org page: https://www.biblepay.org/

Cost per click is less than 1/10th of $0.01 (sometimes 1/100th).

Great value for clicks to the site from tech and crypto interested individuals. This is good lead traffic and hopefully will encourage signups for the BiblePay wallet.

It'd be a good way to connect QT wallet users to this forum just by clicking an icon.

Sanctuary Discussions / Fractional sanctuary (shared masternode)
« on: April 17, 2020, 11:27:57 AM »
On foundation.biblepay.org there's a new feature called fractional sanctuary. It is the same as a shared masternode, where your BBP earns a daily reward as if you have a full 4.55M BBP sanctuary. I tried it out and it works. So far, I've gotten two daily rewards.

The login requires 2FA (Google Authenticator, LastPass Authenticator, DUO, etc) which adds a nice layer of security.

Once you deposit your BBP, you can add any amount to the fractional sanctuary. The amount you have in there earns a percentage, currently it is at 35%. If you need to remove BBP from the fractional sanc, you need to remove from the fractional sanc, then withdraw the BBP. All of this was immediate.

The only thing I wish for is an auto reinvest feature, but other than that, this is working great.

Archived Proposals / WhiteWalr.us Blog Posts Late Jan/Feb 2020
« on: February 22, 2020, 01:33:09 PM »
Hello, I am asking 475k BBP for blog posts I made in late Jan/Feb 2020 on WhiteWalr.us

https://whitewalr.us/biblepay and BiblePay knowledgebase articles: https://whitewalr.us/kb

I also created some supporting charts (initially to visualize my blog posts) but enhanced them to update daily.
I'm not a dev, but trying to answer questions for new members or investors and not be vague about it.

Dynamic Whale Stake: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1PwmO9FLhD-5IaKpKLjdjcL6dmCNY5N4YSMjocO6JgoE/edit?usp=sharing

PoDC 2.0 task completion charts: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1SbcWOg_Bw8uDh72lsBH272vD5Zbz-y-HwNuJY-KYZFg/edit?usp=sharing

Miner & Sanctuary Charts: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ep5G9rG-M460OZYLOd4NHv5sWFDwe_Ow_wop-Fi_SQU/edit?usp=sharing
And I also made some charts to track daily miner & sanctuary rewards (with USD fiat equivalents) to help answer the question:

How much can I earn per day (miner & sanctuary holder) as well ROI cost if someone wants to buy a masternode.

I wanted to propose an ongoing selective bounty/tipping for various content to promote BiblePay members, wallet features, scripts to automate process, or web sites that are useful for BiblePay members.

17,500 BBP Q&A (member feature)
2,000 BBP external miner hash rates. Bonus 1,000 BBP for picture of their rig.
 5,000 BBP scripts, documenting steps

Asking for 100,000 BBP as initial seed, then will ask to top up each month if funds are considered well spent by the community. I hope this provides value for BiblePay in terms of marketing, member growth, search engine visibility, word of mouth, content creation, etc.

The member Q&A will be a pre-selective process (finding members which I think may be a good fit).
External miner hash rates would be based on willing participants providing accurate info.
Scripts & documentation would also depend on quality, usefulness, etc.

I will post monthly updates here on how funds are spent.

I will also send bounty from the receive address that will be its own wallet and used only for bounty purposes. This will not be used for other campaigns (podc, pog, healing, etc).

Previously submitted proposal for initial trial payment for cryptoid explorer of BiblePay.https://forum.biblepay.org/index.php?topic=382.0

With great acceptance of the explorer by the community, it is time to extend the subscription for at least another 6 months.

Currently asking 97 500 BBP ($0.000687 * 97 500 BBP = ~$67 USD)
2,500 BBP for proposal brings it to 100k BBP

Whatever BTC is derived from 97.5k BBP will be submitted to Cryptoid to extend the subscription.

Theology Corner / Acts 27 Bible Study Questions

Acts 27 Bible Study Questions

What would you say is the biggest, most exciting, and eventful journey you have ever taken?

Can you explain the similarities and differences with the story of Jonah?

Verse 3: Why do you think a Roman soldier responsible for his prisoner’s captivity would let Paul go freely to his friends? If you were the centurion, would you let your prisoner have so much freedom? Can you share a time when you trusted someone with a big responsibility? Did it pay off or were you disappointed?

Verse 9-12: Paul warned the crew that the ship was headed for disaster if the voyage continued. Have you ever been so intent on reaching a goal
that you forgot to pay attention to the details? Can
you give an example?

Verse 19-20: When Paul is in a difficult situation, God meets Paul’s need. Was there a time when God met your need in a difficult circumstance or situation? Or, if you felt God did not meet you, explain that situation as well.

How can God guide us when we have "storms" in our own lives?

I've been talking to Cryptoid admin and s/he is offering explorer service for 12.50€/mo with no ads.

Crypto advertisement may not align with Christian values. Although, it costs slightly more to run ad free, it is more professional and does not present BiblePay visitors with potentially sinful marketing.

Verified that BiblePay blockchain is compatible.

Can pay via BTC (market EUR equivalent) or PayPal (needs name, address, VAT, etc).

I was thinking trying them out for 3 months at 12.50€/mo.

The explorer is very fast. You can see blocks, tx, and address history very quickly since all blockchain data is import into SQL database.

You can try it out yourself here: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/

Togo currently pay $40/mo for a 4-core VPS and due to explorer bugs, explorer performance is terrible.

For what Togo pays in 1 month or what Slovakia charged for 1 month of biblepay.ovh, you can get 3 months of service through cryptoid.

Really, its a no brainer.

If this proposal is approved, I will submit again in May for an extension of 3 or 6 months.

Theology Corner / Acts 24 Bible Study Questions
« on: March 03, 2019, 01:19:05 AM »

Acts 24 Bible Study Questions

Acts 24:1-9 Flattery, what is it? How can we spot it? How can we avoid using it
ourselves? How does flattery show a lack of trust in God?

Acts 24:10-21 What is the foundational truth for Christianity? How does the doctrine of
the resurrection affect your salvation? How does it affect your daily walk with Jesus? How does it affect the truthfulness of our Message?

Acts 24:15-16 Talk about our conscience. What is it and why has God given everyone a
conscience? What happens if we do not listen to our conscience? What happens to our conscience when we fail to respond to God’s Word?

Acts 24:22-27 Talk about how God is faithful to care for His children. How did God care
for Paul and bless him even in his time of difficulty? What are some examples of how God has blessed you in difficult circumstances?

Acts 24:25 Discuss why it is essential that we obey God immediately. How does delaying obedience to God affect us spiritually?

Application:

* Pray that the Lord will watch over your lips this week.
* Pray for someone that needs to know Jesus as their savior.
* Pray that you will not go against your conscience unless it is something that is clearly stated in God’s Word. Pray for today's service that God’s Word would touch the hearts and consciences of all who would hear.
* Spend some time thanking God for all His blessings to your life.
* Pray that you will each be sensitive to hear and obey all of God’s Word.
