BBP staking

I did a test stake for bbp and it said it worked but when I went to do it for real it gave an insufficient funds error.

Never mind, I think I found my problem. Gotta set up spendable UTXOs before sending a stake I suppose. Question now is, how many blocks do I have to wait to send a stake?

I think it's 205 blocks (approximately 1 day).

Well now I've got a new problem. I did the exec bankroll last night and gave it 24 hours. For some reason trying to use easybbpstake didn't work because it found a UTXO of 0.001 more than what I set them for. It was supposed to be a whole number.

I only staked using the GUI. Just send a transaction for the desired amount and check the 'Send UTXO stake?' box. You can also select inputs, or subtract the fee from the total amount if that's necessary.

If you are only gonna stake bbp then easiest i suppose would be to do like jaap said and check the bbp stake button and amount and send.
Although how much did you make the bankroll amount?
From my experience lets say i made exec bankroll 1 10 000   
then i belive you need to set lower stake like : easybbpstake 9999 1
then it will choose the free amount thats abit higher.
 EDIT: I see you tried 1500 then 150 hmmm only i can think of is wait abit longer then it should work your staking there.

I did the bankroll for 2x 15000. And trying to send a stake with the gui didn't work either. It said there was insufficient funds again when there clearly isn't.

Btw I'm using 1.5.4.8 wallet

Ok. Try this: settings: Enable coin control then at send section move into new tab "coin control" whatever its called in your language and make sure you check in the boxes for the bankrolls so to say.  In there you should see your bankrolls as 2 diffrent 15k bills.

Then try and send the stakes again, it should work for you. Im using same version as you also.

I went into coin control and selected the tx, but then I realized something. It is charging me a fee to create the UTXO, so I have to select the "subtract fee from amount" button or it won't go through. Does that sound about right?

aye sounds about right.
You could try send one stake on the gui and one from the terminal just to see if both ways works.

Hmmm, try wait  until tomorrow maybe works then or try in few hours.
Yeah im out of ideas i think we need to bring in the heavy guns, that being Rob he can guide you further , making a list debugging.

EDIT: I suppose you have made a user record?   Im asking because i dont think staking will work without it.
