The explorer has been down for a few days. Do you have someone that you can contact to get it fixed?

Wow, I didnt know that.  Actually Chainz has been stellar for us for long swaths of time so this is unusual.

Alright Bro. Joseph-- I notified chainz.

Yeah, 10-4 on sancs paying less than portfolio builder...  One handy piece of advice I give is the Fractional Sanctuary page actually shows the exact ROI earned for a sanc including the expense, so its a handy gauge to know when our sancs actually pay more than portfolio builder.  (There are times when they paid 100% ROI, because our price was higher therefore the expense component was negligible).

Thanks!

We have created a new backup explorer using Trezor’s Blockbook codebase

 https://blockbook.biblepay.org/

This is truly an amazing improvement, MIP!

Thats awesome!

And its also so cool that we will be able to add Biblepay to Trust Wallet soon!

Its also very exciting that we will be one step closer to integrating with actual Trezor hardware too!

What astounding improvements for BiblePay.

Thank you.

Also, thank you for donating the computer time and running another explorer for us on your hardware!

We need more testers for Unchained:

https://forum.biblepay.org/index.php?topic=780.0

I will make a post explaining the new feature that needs tested:
It has to do with Distinct upvoting- please see the latest post.

They don't know how to get the BBP out.  We have a tool that you can use to move your funds out of BRD and into the PC.  Ill ask MIP if he can post that here.

The way to get funds back from mobile wallet 12-word seed are:

- Open the BIP39 mnemonic tool https://www.biblepay.org/mobile/Mnemonic.html
- Preferably, go offline.
- Populate the 12-word seed in "BIP39 Mnemonic" box
- Choose BBP in the "Coin"  select (preferably choose BTC, then back BBP for the interface to react and recalculate)
- Go to "Derivation Path" section and choose "BIP32" tab
- Choose "Custom derivation path" in the Client select.
- In "BIP32 Derivation Path", enter m/0'/0 to obtain account addresses, and m/0'/1 to obtain change addresses of the mobile wallet.
- You will see below the list of addresses and the private keys of your mobile wallet.
- Take those with funds and do a "importprivkey private_key" for each one on the Desktop client console.
- You will see your funds in the Desktop Wallet.

Hi Paul,
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Although we didn't have a mandatory upgrade, we had a leisure between 1625 and 1629 that allows the wallet to sync (if it is off for a certain amount of time) and get past a certain type of block (down to a certain rounded decimal) and our exchanges and bx's moved up to that version as well; so could you first please upgrade to the latest (git pull origin master     make) - should be up to 1.6.2.9, then restart with "-erasechain=1" on the start param, and see if everything is fine?

Thanks!

** Status update on Development - and Future Projects **

So on our conf call yesterday, MIP made me aware that users are complaining they don't know what parts of BiblePay are in production and what are 'expirimental'.

Although the roadmap is accurate, it is a very high level diagram.  Then we have testnet threads, which people may or may not know the details.

It seems that we need a document outlining the 'current quarter' so people will understand our development endeavors.

Anyway for now, let me give you an update on what is in beta and whats in production:

Production:
BiblePay Core Harvest, which includes Portfolio Builder UTXO staking (and non biblepay staking positions) - those are going quite well, and appear to becoming popular - we have $173,000 locked up in UTXO stakes at this point.  We need a poll to see if users want us to remove the leaderboard and make it so everyone is anonymous, or I wonder if having an anon address is enough?  You can keep your portfolio builder position without a nickname if you want as well.

BBP University - Learning the gospel - Taking tests on it in the core wallet:  This is a great feature, and its in prod.  We have almost half of the modules from Harvest Time in our wallet (just waiting for some users to finish the courses we have and see demand for the remaining courses, then we will add the rest).

NFTs:  These appear to be very successful, our Orphan NFTs are going very well with almost one being sponsored every other day.  I see that Todd replaces NFTs with new NFTs as soon as someone sponsors a child.  I think this is partially why our price went down, but its for the good of the children.

Beta:

The Amazon storefront, https://foundation.biblepay.org/Storefront,  is working great.  I havent had any complaints at all.  We have had a small amount of orders successfully delivered.  Our Orders page has automatically added Delivery Date and Intl-Tracking #, and marks items as completed.  It even auto-fails an item that is not in stock (we had a couple cereal orders that were not in stock that automatically get credited back to your account, and the order is closed as completed and not in stock).  I have a todo item on my list to encrypt the shipping addresses (IE only expose them to Amazon during the order and on your screen when you list them to yourself).  That will be done soon and I think that is what is causing some hesitancy for users to use this at a high level.  This service, afaik, will be released to prod in 90 days.  Its currently available in the US.  The financial side of it is working perfectly.

Alpha:

BiblePay TV:  BiblePay TV allows you to watch any video that is in our Unchained.biblepay.org area for free, on your ROKU.  You can also sponsor an orphan from there.
We are the first Cryptocurrency to have a built in wallet in the roku also.  You can send BIBLEPAY to Your ROKU today, and spend it on an orphan NFT.  We have a lack of testers; and that is keeping this project in alpha.

Unchained.biblepay.org:  This project is extremely exciting.  It not only allows you to use your phone or browser as a wallet, but it has the underpinnings for social media as well.
More details will be given in the wiki.  This is also in alpha.  We need many more testers for unchained.

** How centralized is BBP **

We also had this question come up recently, so I wrote this wiki doc in response:

https://wiki.biblepay.org/BiblePay_Is_Not_Centralized

It could be your system time then; try setting your system time to atomic clock time, verify your timezone, and restart.

If that does not work, try deleting the *.dat files in your data directory (IE mncache, peers, all those) and restart with -erasechain=1?

Then you should sync to the chainz top block:
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/bbp/
Thanks,
Rob

Is Genconstar here?

I bought the BiblePay Miners NFT for 400,001 bbp:

This is the URL I got as the high-quality URL.

Question, am I supposed to get another URL for the final product?  (Cause I noticed it says Preview in the hi-qual url).  Just checking.

Other than that, its pretty cool!  I like the 4*2 = ? on the rock!

Just so you know, the way this auction works is the pool gives 14 days [of time to elapse] after the first bid placed greater than the reserve amount, to the successful highest bidder over the reserve price, and that sale happens automatically on the 14th day.  The timing starts after the first bid greater than the reserve.

*** BIBLEPAY HAS SPONSORED ANOTHER PAKISTANI WELL ***

We just finished our 19th well, praise God!

See well #19:

https://foundation.biblepay.org/Wells

Earlz, if your out here, we have about 5MM sitting in the foundation.  Would you like to start another fundraiser, like you did last time for some more wells?  I'm thinking since we have about $750, we can already afford 3, so maybe we can do a fundraiser to raise for five wells?

Hi Paul,

Sorry for the inconvenience; we do have a chain snapshot; but I've never ran into a problem where one single person needed it yet, so please let me try one more thing.

Your version is still 1625 above- can you please upgrade to 1629 first?

I think you are affected by our business logic rule for the superblock.  (Of course, the reason I deployed it as a leisure is it was not expected to change our consensus, however since all the sancs have upgraded, now we need everyone to be on 1628+ at this point).

(On a side note, last night I synced from zero just as a test on my 1629 linux node and it did sync to the top with no problem).

Thanks,
Rob
