old staking coins list is missing, did I lose all coins I put in stake?

Your coins should be in your coin control under your CPK right, now i have no experience of the cli interface but as DWS is being phased out for UTXO mining .

Same here. Staked some coins dec-21 and never got a payout as far as I can tell.
