If we remove the blacklist, members of Gridcoin and Byteball for example will be eligibile for PODC rewards.

Re-entering @ 4.34 MM so that everyone can get paid this month.

Secondly because we received our compassion credit- so our bill is technically free this month.

Will add the link to our 2018 audit to our Expenses table now.

The IT work I do is so minimal I just lump it in with the PR work I do

=

1. Social is the combination of Twitter, Reddit, Discord, Telegram and Bitcointalk.

Three to Four times a day I read through Twitter tweets to see ones we can click like on, see ones we can retweet, see ones we can comment on, and see which tweets I can use to spread news to our community.

And multiple times a day I read every Bitcointalk message

I also poke into multiple other competitiors discords/telegrams/reddits and read all of their latest posts peridoically

Any news I see, I spread to all platforms, and each platform has different formatting
like with Twitter I edit images and add emojis and hashtags

Your paying me to spread BiblePay news to the world,
and the world crypto news to BiblePay for basically $10 a day

=

2. I charge for testing, Ive charged multiple times in the past and Ive promoted publically that I would vote yes on anyone to be paid for testing, I believe everyone should be paid for their work.

Rob, just a few weeks ago in testnet you were asking:
Where is everyone? Why is no one helping in testnet?

The people doing work should be rewarded, that is good business.

=

Last month I donated the 2nd two weeks of my work,
I plan to continue doing the same until our value goes up 3-4x

=

Rob If you think you can do what Im doing for Social in 1 hour every 2 weeks,
that sounds like immense value and savings, when can you start? ;)

Thanks Togo for your answers.  I suppose you answered my questions appropriately :(.

I suppose we can take the rest of the conversation offline- about backup plans for an official reddit and twitter account, etc.

Based purely on charging biblepay for testing and being disrespectful in your answer to me when I was only asking a truly viable question, I vote to abstain.

Maintained BiblePay Pool in May (as related to assisting users with writing orphans, paying for upvoted letters, and code changes
related to orphan business objects):  16 hours total

For a grand total programming time of
   (40 hrs per week * 4 weeks) = 160 hours @ 40.00 per hour = $6400 (over two months)

For a Grand Total Proposal of :  $6,400.00

Equaling:

?6471.00/.000515 (CoinMarketCap) = 12.5 million biblepay
Since I don't want to exceed 50% of the IT budget, I'll cap this proposal at 3.5 million and gift the rest to biblepay.

Thank you for your consideration.

I agree.

Imo, I think if I was browsing Id wonder 'what is cancer mining?', it might make me curious enough to check it out - but anyway I was able to add CPU and MASTERNODE, and now the size of the heading is maxxed out.

Archived Proposals / Re: Ban Slovakia from Talking for 6 months
« on: October 17, 2018, 07:25:19 AM »
I didnt want to get in the middle of this drama, I was hoping things would work out naturally, thesnat kind of forced my hand into talking by risking exposing my previous conversations with him, but I also felt maybe its finally time for you to hear what I have seen Rob given the continued drama between parties.

Do we need a clear set of forum rules posted somewhere?

RULES:
1. Do not make assumptions or false statements
2. Talk in a nice tone and manner, be polite and appreciative
3. Be willing to do work/research/experience, or Find someone who can, People are busy

Some sort of 3 strike your out system would be interesting,

I made this thread because Slovakia upset me enough to where I lost motivation to do any work for the day, and it wasnt the first time it had happened, and I knew he was probably effecting other team members, Ive since clicked ignore on his profile, but to be good PR person I have to know everything everyone is saying so I click unignore every time he posts, sigh

I worry about the emotional wellbeing of the people doing work. I dont think most people realize how much sacrifice is going on already and how close to the edge of sanity people are already at.

Im not sure how to vote on this proposal, I wish I didnt have to make it to begin with

I love you Togo.

Let's take a look at what Love is according to 1 Corinthians 13:
"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres."

=-=-=-=-=-=

I really like the Forum Rules list.  It's really a good list that captures most of the problems we have had.

I'm going to add it to our BTCTalk OP post, and use it.

Did Ginger email back about whether they would accept BiblePay or Bitcoin directly?
How much time should we give them to comply? I think its been about 3 weeks so far, I think a few months might be reasonable

Is Compassion willing to give us any PR? They've never talked about us publically,
yet they have received, probably the majority of our Charity funds.

I do not think that people trust their CEO Statement about us coming from an email:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5030640.msg45956141#msg45956141

Jim uses Twitter:
https://twitter.com/jimmellado
I wonder if we are getting filtered out from reaching his desk,
would be interesting to contact him directly
I could make a post about how much we have donated to Compassion and tag him in it

So I followed up with Ginger something like 3 times in 30 days, and she has *not* gotten back on it yet, but said she is working on it.  She is also working on forwarding my e-mail to Jimmy to IT (which I asked about 3 times also).

Similar, the actual credit memo amount for our child terminations is not available til tomorrow so Im waiting on that to make an exact down to the penny balance (before we pay this months base bill) so we are on the same page with them.

On PR, Ginger replied to Jaap and said she had to forward this PR request to the PR dept to get approval.  I do not think they replied to Jaap after that.

On Jimmy, I friended him on linkedin, but he hasnt replied, and I got an email rejecting my email to him (but I was persistent and sent it another way but its sitting in ciqueue now).  Yes, if you can reach him via twitter, sounds good.  I think its unreasonable for someone not to trust his written signature on his e-mail cert to us however.  Its illegal to forge business letters in the US.

Each month we sponsor approximately 100 children at compassion.com. (309 children as of last month/ 100 as of October 15th 2018).

Rob, the lead dev pays the expense and uploads a copy of the receipt.

The expenses can be viewed by navigating to Accountability.biblepay.org | Expenses and viewing the PDF.

All funds raised by this endeavor are spent at compassion.com, with any excess going to prepayments for the future (the prepaid amount is stored at compassion in the biblepay.org account).

To see the amounts we raised in the past by selling BBP for bitcoin see this page:
See accountability.biblepay.org | Orphans | Orphan Fundraisers.  You can audit the total by finding the sum of all fundraisers.

I am requesting  6,000,000 bbp (which is approx $4000 - this is $200 more than our monthly base payment ($3800)).

Archived Proposals / Faucet Refill - pool.biblepay.org
« on: October 13, 2018, 03:53:31 PM »
Pool.biblepay.org has spent 326,100 on the faucet giveaways over the last 60 days.

75% of this activity was based on Jaap's airdrop coordination program (giving away 2000 then 1000 to new users) through the airdrop.

I am requesting 500,000 for a refill - primarily due to the expected influx of new boinc users coming in from non BiblePay teams starting October 16th 2018.

2801
The amounts here seem relatively reasonable, but I do have a couple questions that might need a little clarification:

1)  On the "Social" hours, what activity are we charging biblepay for?  Is this for chatting with other users, or for attempting to spread PR?
I was under the impression the PR budget would be primarily for creating drafts of PR information (like for example, helping Jaap with all the stuff he said he needs that he can't do this month).  But not necessarily for chatting to other users.  Unless this should be classified as production support, please clarify.

2) I was not under the impression we were charging for testing.  (I can't really see myself billing for the testnet time itself).  I can see the GIN however, as its something I asked for out of the blue to help the user experience program - one click masternode endeavor (the one you and I emailed back and forth about with Andy).  Should we be charging for testnet hours when people like Jaap, 616 and myself contribute to testnet for free?

I know that you worked on a website change this month with Jaap.  Imo, the hours for web development should be billable, and going forward we should remove "Social" unless you have drafts of half of the new hours of social media post blogs and pages included (I remember seeing a few tweets this month, maybe 1 hours worth).

Archived Proposals / Helping Widows in their Distress
« on: October 13, 2018, 01:28:20 PM »
In the spirit of James 1:27, I would like to introduce BiblePay to "Hope For Widows", asking BiblePay to be kind enough to consider that we also help Widows.

I feel that helping widows will not only help display our compassion globally, but it will also help convince God that we are listening to his commands: to be cheerful givers, and follow his commandments.  We also will be involved in something that is for women primarily (although I am not deliberately singling out females), but we will be introducing some non Christians who have never helped a widow to watch our example, and have less risk of hearing "Depart from me you workers of iniquity... I never knew you".

First I did check the top 3 (via google) Widow organizations, and I do not claim by any means that Hope for Widows is absolutely #1.  I felt after reading their FAQ about what they do for women (they comfort them in a time of grief, they talk to each other as a community and help work out each others problems, they donate money to widows who are going through financial issues), and HFW has more than 10,000 enrolled widows, but I got the feeling when I researched HFW that the money was spent efficiently (more appears to be done with each dollar, in contrast to some of the others who hold meetings in central places and require everyone to fly there etc).

Take a look at the FAQ page first before deciding, see what the widows say about HFW:
https://hopeforwidows.org/resources/widows-weve-helped/

To spearhead this initiative I feel we should start small (especially with our small budget), so let's just start at $300.00 for the month of October 2018 and also, if some would like to call HFW and do more research feel free to vet the organization, and make more recommendations on if we should increase/decrease next month based on what we accomplish.

(BTW: We will be receiving a credit this month for Compassion, so the funds for this are definitely available this month.)

Edit:
I went ahead and donated since I was already on the web site, hopefully this will be voted in :).

I don't know of any routinely active person that has not felt alienated by you at one point or another..

Please, before you continue judging others character take a step back.   You cannot judge if I have forgiven you or not,  and if you have the same condescending tone and publicly ridicule someone repeatedly you are showing an unrepentant heart.

A statement or a question is not by itself an attack.   If you perceive it as one and respond accordingly it's not the other person's fault.

"I don't know of any routinely active person that has not felt alienated by you at one point or another.. "
-> Well how about who I work with every day: Togo, Jaap, LukeF?  Are they alienated by me or have ever been?
Or the other 99% I deal with pool questions, email and forum replies.  The 1% is as always has been the 1% who argue in the past - the people who have posted in the hate group thread and who have been argumentative, its a handful of people who repeatedly do this, its the Opposite of what you say above.

"Please, before you continue judging others character take a step back.   You cannot judge if I have forgiven you or not,  and if you have the same condescending tone and publicly ridicule someone repeatedly you are showing an unrepentant heart.
"
-> Sorry, but I'm not judging.  I am in every case defending my position of being attacked.  And I do forgive, 100%, as I forgave you - and am willing to forget the past and start over, but I keep getting reminded when someone like you claims we are good again and then you make some public post that No I really didnt forgive you Rob, Im an Indian Giver, it was a lie.

"A statement or a question is not by itself an attack.   If you perceive it as one and respond accordingly it's not the other person's fault."
-> Right, I think my reply history shows Im smart enough to realize that.  In every case, problems started occurring when someone attacks the coin or me personally in a degrading way.  A person who judges should be smart enough to do the due diligence and make a polite post about the problem.  I have no problem with criticism if its done in a cautious way, and Im all for improving every part of biblepay.

I see IPFS running on my Sanc now, but how i know and operation the status of IPFS really synced and usage of IPFS ?

I will put your behavior in context. Your behavior was abhorrent before I arrived. I believe it will continue to be whether I am here or not unless you change your ways. I believe you can not truly see yourself and have a delusional view of who you are.

However, what you are wrong about is my responses before you came were based on actual non warranted attacks by people with deranged characters.  I should be the one people are standing up for.  Therefore my attitude is not delusional.  You appear to be siding with the original attackers, which means you are siding with the mean-spirited.  Maybe you have a delusional view of your own character?  Is it a view of a non-loving person?  It should be?  Very similar to thesnats:  One who forgives in a fake way and goes right back to the same hateful behavior.

Anyway, its apparent that you dont have the character of one who forgives - but I will forgive if you will become nice.
