Rob, while we are waiting. To get 100 UTXO, you need 50k BBP according to the wiki. What does the polpercentage affect then?

137
Re-associate wont work right now with these non-confirming tx.

Always trust the wallet, the info in the Rosetta account is just Step 1 of the process, Step 2 is that the rest of the network honors the burn in the chain Plus the burn must match the info in the Rosetta account.

I think we are in a holding pattern until 33400- personally im not even trying anything right now.

I am upgrading all my sancs though and all my machines.

Were really relying on this going without a hitch after 33400 :).

Alright, I'm just trying to figure out where to put the 50k so my UTXO will rise. I don't recognize the address shown on Rosetta.

UPDATE:
The address on my Rosetta homepage is different than my user profile(ID) page!

UPDATE 2:
The address from getboincinfo just changed also.

138
Rob, I just re-associated my Rosetta account back to my controller wallet since my headless Sanctuary's wallet is encrypted and won't auto unlock. The address from getboincinfo is different from the Rosetta website, which one should I trust?

139
Yes that is good question :) Or just delete mempool tx :D

zap transactions worked for me! --zapwallettxes=1

https://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/45988/how-do-you-apply-zapwallettxes-on-windows

Open a command prompt to do it, the config file option didn't work for me. All the transactions I made yesterday and today are gone from my transactions list.

I actually lost a wallet with 60k because i forgot to backup it up and now the funds are showing in my sendto wallet again! Praise God!

140
Is it possible to cancel a transaction since everything is unconfirmed?

Specifically this one:  ad03b3d4f0bcea7999ed6f20324dbb9f40528f03786493fafc3c79ef56cbe301-000

Looks like most of the problem is 87% of our network is still on 1.0.8.7 and down.
Thats heinously bad for PODC, since any tx larger than 1K is rejected (and a lot are bigger than that, when we have task count like Togo has).

So I think we are going to need to march forward and go with a mandatory and pray for the best, pray that we caught all the major bugs and that anything we find going forward is a leisure fix.

Ill get ready to announce a mandatory upgrade in prod.

OK, so I'm assuming we just keep going on the current version or will there be a new version?

Right now my CPID is still attached to my old wallet even though I have already moved it.

But on Rosetta it is showing my new wallet's address:
https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/show_user.php?userid=1981209

Not sure if the network will automatically correct everything.

142
Rob,
please can you give me some good node address?
Sending without instant send  but still not successful.

I have:
addnode=node.biblepay.org
addnode=biblepay.inspect.network

I haven't been able to transfer any funds either, 0 confirmations.

143
I bet the transaction was reversed when the entire chain reorged.

Does that mean I need to re-send it?

144
I dont know yet, LOL no plan has been devised yet.  So ok lets think about that.
If we ask the user for a password when the headless boots, as long as that is not logged into the bash log it might be the way to go.

Does anyone know if passwords from user input go into the bash log?

It is, I just checked. But if you delete the bash history afterwards it should be ok.

https://askubuntu.com/questions/297053/where-are-all-ubuntu-logs-terminal-history-stored

I don't see how it would be less secure though since I have to unlock it anyways manually and it will be in the bash history.

145
That's weird, there was bbp in my podc wallet just 5 min ago that I sent an hour ago and now there is none. It was also getting confirmations and now it's back at zero.

My PODC wallet is running in headless. Does the auto-unlock work like in the GUI? If not, what's the best way for UTXO?

Running those would cause multiple problems - the database state would be corrupted in memory.
You would need to run those after you stop the node.

Right, I did run them after I stopped the daemon. Maybe it didn't stop? I will check next time before I remove.

148
Rob, why does running the commands below cause my daemon to stop after a few seconds. It refuses to run continuously.

rm blocks -R ; rm chainstate -R ; rm banlist.dat fee_estimates.dat governance.dat mncache.dat mnpayments.dat netfulfilled.dat peers.dat db.log debug.log

This happened to me yesterday and I had to start from scratch and it's doing it again today.

149
podcupdate gave true last night but my CPI is still not associated. I moved the cpid from my controller wallet to the sanctuary. Updating to the latest version now.

By the way, make -j4 doesn't seem to be doing anything, it seems to still use only 1 core.

1.1.0.2 for Linux is out there.

Windows is still compiling.

- Show correct error in getmininginfo
- Prevent crash during miner start
- Prevent crash during getdifficulty
- Prevent crash during exec podcdifficulty

Is it also protocol version 70717?
