Hi Bro Rob,
my IP and port is exposed to the world and it's reachable from outside of my LAN but still the same problem.

When I write the "msaternode status command I have this results:

16:52:31
masternode status

16:52:32
{
  "outpoint": "0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000-4294967295",
  "service": "[::]:0",
  "state": "ERROR",
  "status": "Error. Can't detect valid external address. Please consider using the externalip configuration option if problem persists. Make sure to use IPv4 address only."
}

Thats all,

Thank you
Ale

Hi bro Ale,

Yeah, that particular error is kind of dissapointing and inherited from the current codebase we run from Dash (will be fixed when we rebase, which should be within 6 months), but the good news is it goes away after a while.  Ive had it happen a few times to me and after waiting a day it goes away, and Ive never had to persistently change my config file with the port or ip.

If you could share your IP with me (since its public anyway with a sanc) let me try telneting to you?

The other thing is once you get this up you can do a one time "exec revivesanc sancname" and it will get you unposebanned and should last quite a while at that point.

Hi bro Ale,
So just want to point out, the main point of having a sanc servicing the BBP network is being there to provide instant send services and block forwarding and randomx mining (as that only happens on the sancs now).  If your node is not public there is no way for other nodes to reach your node, so hence the reduced reward.

More specifically you have to have port 40000 exposed to the world.  You can test it like this (use my 1st sanc as an example):
telnet sanc1.biblepay.org 40000

If the screen clears you know its exposed publically.

Good luck.
(NAT is a separate topic.  You can technically still NAT on your LAN, but you just need the port exposed publically for other nodes to reach your node).

Unchained 1.61 released at:
https://unchained.biblepay.org

New features have been released:
You now have an Arbitrum ARB wallet.  Click Profile | Arb Wallet.
This gives you your own (BBP derived) ERC-20 public key attached to the Arbitrum chain and the ARB ERC-20 token.
You can atomic swap BBP into that wallet to increase its balance.  To spend, simply pick any ERC-20 address and send ARB to it and it will be settled in an ARB block in 1 second.
You can also send to any metamask user in the world instantly.

We have adopted our new ERC-721b NFTs which mint on the ARB chain.
The SoulBound boolean is automatically checked when an NFT is an Orphan NFT (meaning it can only be sold once, to the sponsor).
Since the NFT is minted on the ARB chain, it can be shown both in the BBP marketplace and the OpenSea marketplace.  This gives the user the ability to sell the NFT for ETH or sell the NFT for ARB.

Since we are using ERC721b, you can now atomically buy an NFT with "programmable money".  That means if BBP user A lists NFT 100 for 1 ARB in the General marketplace on Unchained, BBP user B can buy the NFT for 1 ARB in the General marketplace, and the NFT will atomically transfer to user B.  There is no risk of losing BBP due to some cross chain transfer.  This is a big plus for our NFT market as it increases the security of the NFTs.  (When a user buys your NFT in opensea, you have 3rd party custodial risk and payment risk).  This is actually a very positive feature of our flavor of NFTs.  Our contract will be opensourced for review.

Since we now have ERC721b, we have two sources of SEO (OpenSea plus BBP).

For those who have minted NFTs on the old chains (BBP, Polygon):  Please simply re-mint new NFTs on the ARB chain.  Ill make it a priority to come up with a way to back up your ERC20 key from BBP and remember the importance of staying with one standard that hopefully lasts us forever this time.  The new standard seems to have all the features we need going into the future (deletable, soulbound, treasure chest contents, external and internal urls, private contents, etc).

Treasure Chest:
You can now include a private treasure chest URL that is only viewable to the Owner of the NFT.  Include a description of it when minting so the user can see what they will receive if they buy.  Some cases would be a Hi-Resolution version of the NFT, a longer MP4 video, a key file for software that will be unlocked, etc.

Major change in NFT currency to Recognize when you Mint or Buy or Sell NFT with BBP-Unchained:
NFTs are now denominated in ARB (which is trading at $1.60 per ARB), NOT in BBP!  This was done so users can atomically buy NFTs without any conversion risk, and also to allow us to sell high priced NFTs (Think an NFT that is worth $1,000 - with ARB being settled in a block in 1 second, this gives the user a high security and reliable mechanism to buy-sell-trade-transfer large values without cross chain exchange risk or slippage).  So, when you list an NFT it will be displayed with its price in "ARB".  When you buy an NFT, you need to have enough ARB in your ARB wallet to buy, etc.

I'm pretty excited about the next release as what we are gaining, imho is pretty big.

With the next feature, we will have Arbitrum ERC20 wallets built into unchained (derived from the BiblePay keys).
This means you can send and receive in ARB to any metamask in the world, instantly.
But even bigger than that, the transactions will be confirmed IN A BLOCK in 1 second.
That is absolutely amazing (better than lightning network (because those are limited by endpoints and are not settled in BTC blocks immediately), and better than instantsend transactions as those are locked in mempool, but not mined).

So what this means to a layperson is:
You can buy $100 of BBP on an exchange.
You can atomically swap this to $99.99 of ARB immediately.
You can send the $99.99 to a friend in India on a metamask wallet in 1 second.
The friend in India can immediately (1 second later) spend it in any uniswap pool or any exchange (ARB is settled in every currency and on every exchange).

So this basically boosts BBP to having the equivalent of hundreds of exchanges that we dont have.

Obviously this is just the beginning of our use cases as some may wonder, then, why do I need BBP at all if I can use ARB?
The answer is BBP will still provide permissions, NFTs, orphan sponsorships, deflationary emissions, sanc mining, gospel videos, phone service, social media services, file storage on sidechain, and financial services.

Without BBP what you have is a very hard to use interface (think ERC-721 contracts, APIs, Web3 interfaces, and a limited number of DAPPs).  With BBP you will have the ease of use, and we tithe 10% to orphan charity.

There will be a clear case for BBP+ARB so let me put together a matrix on that asap.

Im very excited about the next NFT release.  These new NFTs do everything we promised, and even more exciting they lock the ARB funds in using "programmable money", something we have not experienced yet on our L1 chain.

this is a blockage I think cause If people could topup using Doge and then buy BBP with it in the atomic swap , we could promote it as a easy to go option. It could also attract global community.

Yeah, I agree it could be a big boon.

We can add it in 30 days.

For now we have another big feature coming out check out the main thread.

Can people topup bbp in their online bbp wallet on social.biblepay.org using steallar, Doge & ARB?
Then I'll make a video about it.

Right now they can only go from BBP -> DOGE and stellar in swaps, but yes, in the near future we can go from DOGE to BBP (probably within 30 days).

I think its a great feature; the technical breakthrough here that people dont realize is this:

It allows anyone around the world to sell BBP through DOGE on any major exchange, so it takes a big load off of BBP as now we are in a position where we are listed around the world.

(For example, say you have 50K bbp and want to cash out in HitBTC, now you can just push a button and cash out the DOGE in hitbtc).

Rob I think I solve the issue, but now the error is that is not possible to find a pubblic IP address.
So, i cannot use the masternode on a NATTED network ?
